The rooms were spacious, perfect for our family, including two babies. The hotel staff were amazing, great to check in easily and accommodating all our needs.
For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options.

The room is quiet with exceptionally good views of Macau Tower and harbor. The food is decent and appetising. The location in front of a bus stop is particularly good.

I greatly enjoyed good breakfast, great views.
Competent stuff and amazing location near to Casinos in Taipa, everything was cool. Had a very good stay on a business trip, it was good value contrasted with other options. Location: the hotel was close enough to the bridge and Taipa in the background and the penha hill.

I loved my stay with the large room filled with modern features and the great breakfast variety, but the limited choices could be better. Would definitely choose this again!

Overall, the hotel is comfortable and the room is clean.
I think the travellers are not in room most of the time, and the free service bus is half an hour per trip, most of the time , we need to made call for taxi to town, and if the hotel rate can lower further , the better and attractive.

The view of the Macau Tower was lovely, and the local flavor was unbeatable! Check out nearby spots like Ali Curry House for some spicy vibes and Jinyu Mantang for a sweet treat. Plus, the hotel super nice team, and the rooms were clean and comfy!
I had a bit of a fiasco with the room switch-staff were rude when I needed help, and it left a sour taste. Breakfast could've been better. Limited options just don't cut it!

As the hotel was located on a hillside and was free from gaming and other entertainment venues the conditions of the surroundings were quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Although out of the town centre and hotel stretch it had easy access to downtown restaurants and shopping etc. I
The front desk staff seemed to be a bit raw and inexperienced while handling check-outs and settlement of bills possibly being just out from hospitality training schools. It would also have been ideal if they were equipped with a nice and quiet spa to relax and unwind in

great view , but a few details could improve
The vintage ambiance captured the essence of old Macau. The sea view from our room was really good. The staff's attentiveness were great, we felt welcomed during our three-night stay.
The decor, while classic, could benefit from minor updates .

It is close to many places of interests. The shuttle bus is punctual every 30 minites
The sink is not 100% clean. Being a 5-star hotel, it should address more details.

Though I had high hopes for the themed rooms, what I got felt a bit worn down. The TV and remote didn't seem to work properly, and the channel selection was pretty limited. The non-smoking room still carried a strong scent of smoke when nearby guests lit up. Noise became a concern too, especially at night when inconsiderate guests talked loudly after midnight and the garbage truck made its rounds early in the morning.

Good position, minutes walk into the old town; Nice sea views though need to climb a hill to the hotel but free shuttle bus is provided to town and back so not a problem if you don,t like walking up hills. A lot of services (eg pool) were advertised as closed, but be aware the wifi can be unavailable and the self-service drink machines have a mind of their own. First night was charged holiday rate and was not worth it. Second night was half that price and that is a more reasonable price for what you get.
